Reiki Therapy directs spiritually-guided, life force energy through a Reiki therapist to the client. Reiki is not associated with any religions or religious teachings from any eastern or western cultures. Reiki can help with many health issues, although obviously we are not able to cure but we can ease the pain and burden of most problems.  Those faced with terminal diseases often find that the stress and distress is greatly eased and they benefit from the relaxing one to one sessions that Reiki offers, as do their loved ones. Stressed related conditions maybe eased.

Each meditation session will be different, with you being guided to different places or for different reasons. These sessions are group sessions and vary each week, but are either week day mornings or Saturday mornings. PRE-BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL. This is the original and still the best Mongan Method HypnoBirthing course. Taught by a Clinical Hypnotherapist, accredited by the Royal College of Midwives and covering all you need for a calm, gentle birth. Sessions are 2.5 hours long and spread over 5 weeks in order to ensure maximum benefit and time to prepare however if time is short please let me know and we can arrange something to fit in with your schedule. With this complete antenatal class, you will leave fully prepped for birth whichever shape or form it takes.

Diet and nutrition can be easily forgotten in relation to a holistic view of ourselves.

Whatever your concern, using nutrition and diet, the possibilities are limitless, as are the benefits. Understanding how to work towards being healthy physically, mentally and emotionally is the first step to being whole. 

 Di is a psychic, and medium with over 35years experience. She also draws and paints channelled symbolic artwork which represents a persons life story. Di offers 1 to 1 readings, which may include spiritual guidance, artwork and past life information if  relevant.
